Refund policy

We want your shopping experience to be smooth. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Please read the guidelines below before sending anything back.
1) Eligibility for Returns
To qualify, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unworn/unused and uninstalled
- With all original tags and original packaging intact
- Accompanied by a valid receipt/proof of purchase
Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be subject to a 20% deduction (restocking/handling) from the refund.
Important: We do not offer free returns. You can use your own carrier, or we can issue a pre-paid return label and deduct its cost from your refund once processed. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
2) How to Start a Return (Authorisation Required)

We’ll provide instructions and, if you choose, a pre-paid return label. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
3) Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us before returning any damaged/defective/incorrect item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any labels.
- We will assess the evidence and advise next steps.
- TAG-Z Motorsports will make the final determination, at our reasonable discretion, on whether an item is deemed faulty/damaged.
- If we confirm the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item, we will provide a return label free of charge (FOC) and arrange the appropriate remedy (replacement, repair, or refund).
4) Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalised products (e.g., special orders)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure about an item’s eligibility, please contact us before purchasing or returning.
5) Sale Items & Gift Cards
Final sale: We do not accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.
6) Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (following the process above) and place a new order once your return is approved.
7) UK & EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the UK or the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging with tags, and with proof of purchase. Standard return costs apply (see Section 1). This does not affect your statutory rights.
8) Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or denial.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
- Where applicable, we will deduct:
- Any return label we issued (Section 1)
- Any restocking/handling fee for items not meeting eligibility (Section 1)
- Original shipping charges and any non-recoverable duties/taxes (where applicable)
