1. Order Acceptance and Modifications

TAG-Z Motorsports reserves the right to review, amend, or reject any orders that contain incorrect or incomplete postal information, including miscalculated shipping costs. If any issues arise with your order, we will contact you promptly to confirm any changes before dispatch.

2. Product Availability (Printed & Customised Items)

Most of our printed and personalised items are kept in regular stock or readily available from our suppliers. In rare cases where delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 5 additional working days for processing in such instances.

3. Free Delivery

Tag-Z Ltd offers Free Delivery to customers located within selected UK postcode areas. This eligibility is automatically determined at checkout based on the delivery address you provide.

  • Free delivery applies to standard courier services and typically takes 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • £50 minimum spend is required — qualifying addresses will see the free delivery option appear during the checkout process.
  • This offer applies only to mainland UK addresses. Remote regions, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands may be excluded based on courier coverage.
  • Eligibility is postcode-based and may change periodically depending on courier availability and delivery network adjustments.
  • If your postcode is not included in the free delivery zone, standard shipping rates will apply as shown at checkout.
  • Orders that include customised or printed products may require additional processing time before dispatch (see Section 2).

4. Shipping Charges & Courier Services

We offer a range of reliable UK and international courier services. Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location, product weight, and service level selected at checkout.

While we aim to keep all costs accurate, TAG-Z reserves the right to adjust shipping fees before or after the order is placed. Should any adjustments affect your order, we will notify you immediately for confirmation.

5. International Deliveries

We do offer worldwide shipping. If your delivery address is outside the UK mainland, shipping costs may vary. These will either be shown at checkout or confirmed via email after your order is received.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information entered during checkout is complete and accurate. Tag-Z Ltd is not liable for:

  • Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Parcels refused by the recipient
  • Return to Sender (RTS) events due to address issues
  • Lost or undeliverable items due to incorrect details

In these cases, the customer will be liable for all associated costs, including (but not limited to):

  • Re-delivery charges
  • Return-to-sender fees
  • Change-of-address surcharges

If a parcel is returned to us and the customer no longer wishes to proceed with the order, the original postage cost will be deducted from any refund issued. Re-delivery fees must be paid in full before we can dispatch the parcel again.
